Double tragedy in Lagos: Fire razes home, kills teenager, another teenager dies inside well in Lagos

A sixteen-year-old died while his father and two other members of his family were injured in a fire incident that occurred at Agungi community in Lekki area of Lagos State.
A 10-year-old girl also fell inside a well around Mafoluku area of the state and was brought out dead by men of the Lagos State Fire Service.
The Lekki fire incident occurred around 2.00 a.m. on Monday when members of the family were already asleep.
The incident occurred at a four-bedroom duplex situated at 35C, Ajiran Road.
Tribune Online gathered that the fire started from the room where the teenager slept. When he woke up and saw the intensity of the fire, he ran into the bathroom.
His body was, however, found after the fire had been put out.
His father and two other members of the family who escaped were later taken to the hospital.
In the second incident, 10-year-old Eniola Sodipo fell into a well while playing with some of her mates at 11, Atanda Street in Mafoluku area of Oshodi.
The body of the girl was later recovered by fire fighters who brought her out from the well.
The Director of Lagos State Fire Service, Rasak Fadipe, confirmed both incidents.
